Vehicles travel down East Mendocino Street as the Eaton fire burns Tuesday in Altadena.
The Eaton fire is burning near Altadena and Pasadena.
- Officials told people living on these streets to evacuate immediately: Kinneloa Canyon Road, Outpost Lane, Glen Springs Road, Coolidge Avenue, Roosevelt Avenue, Veranada Avenue, Kinclair Drive, Fox Ridge Drive, Canyon Close Road, Grand Oaks Avenue.
- Mandatory evacuations were also ordered for the area north of New York Drive, east of Altadena Drive and west of Sierra Madre Villa Avenue.
- Pasadena Convention Center, at 300 E. Green St.
The following schools, offices and other facilities will be closed Wednesday:
- Pasadena Unified School District campuses
- Glendale Unified School District schools, child care operations and district offices
- Alhambra Unified School District schools
- South Pasadena Unified School District schools
- San Marino Unified School District schools
- La Cañada Unified School District schools
- Burbank Unified School District schools and district offices
- Arcadia Unified School District schools
- Monrovia Unified School District schools
