Memphis Grizzlies superstar Ja Morant is really close with his family.

The All-Star guard recently bought a massive mansion that has the perfect view—of his father’s home right next door in Eads, TN.

In a video posted on Twitter, Morant focuses the lens on his new place. “Look at my crib,” he says while showing off his newly-purchased property.

Then the camera pans down the street to a red-brick house, aka his dad’s pad. “Hey pops,” Morant says. “We neighbors now!”

That’s right—this baller with a $193 million contract could live anywhere. Instead, Morant chose to cozy up to his dad. All together now: Awwwww.

He picked up the high-end home at the end of August, paying $3.05 million.

Located about 30 miles outside of Memphis, the spread includes 6.5 acres of “serene country living,” as the listing described it.

Built in 2008, the mansion spans 13,836 square feet and includes seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and four half-baths.

Set within a gated neighborhood, the scenic spot also overlooks a lake.

Aside from proximity to family, the custom-built French country estate boasts some upscale amenities, such as multiple fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and an array of outdoor spaces.

Other notable features include a great room, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, a keeping/hearth room, library, den, and a bonus room.

A primary bedroom can be found on the main level, along with a luxury bath with a separate tub and shower, as well as dual vanities.

Amenities include a bonus room, playroom, as well as a separate “in-law” suite.

Not that Morant’s family will need it with Tee Morant’s plush quarters a few steps away. The red-brick, 9,000-square-foot English-style manor was purchased in 2019 for $1,334,000, according to property records. The six-bedroom home on seven acres boasts a hearth room, game room, and media room.

Just 23 years old, Morant hails from South Carolina and starred in college at Murray State University in Kentucky. Selected second overall in the 2019 NBA draft by the Grizzlies, he was named Rookie of the Year in 2020. After putting up phenomenal numbers in his first three seasons, the Grizzlies signed him in July to a five-year contract extension worth nearly $200 million.
