The NFL playoff schedule is about to be set.
As the final components of the playoff picture fall into place in Week 18, the league is soon to reveal the full slate – with accompanying dates, times and television info – for all games in the wild-card round. As of now, little is known –beyond the fact that the two-time defending Super Bowl-champion Kansas City Chiefs won’t be in action after claiming the AFC’s No. 1 seed, along with home-field advantage and a first-round bye. They’ll be joined by either the Detroit Lions or Minnesota Vikings in the NFC, with the 12 other postseason entrants all battling it out over three days.
