NBA All-Star Russell Westbrook has been dialing up multiple real estate plays off the court. He’s placed a third property on the market, this one in his longtime home of Edmond, OK. Now with the Houston Rockets, Westbrook is cutting ties with the Sooner State.

The triple-double machine starred for the Oklahoma City Thunder for over a decade. Now ensconced in H-Town, he’s ready to hoist his former home on the market at a loss. The residence is available for $1.7 million.

The 31-year-old point guard bought the traditional-style mansion in 2012 for $1,945,000. As he shuffles his property portfolio, he’s clearly ready to unload this particular property.

The 8,394-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Located in a suburban area outside of Oklahoma City, the 1.43-acre spread includes a pool and putting green.

Built in 2007 and recently renovated, the home features an open kitchen with two islands, a Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, and a walk-in pantry.

Adjoining the kitchen is a living and dining space with a fireplace. On the main level, you’ll also find the two master bedrooms and a guest bedroom. Upstairs, a large bonus room comes with a kitchen and bar.

Other luxe amenities include a home theater with stadium seating, an exercise room, and a second study upstairs.

Last month, the MVP listed a smaller home in the area, which he  bought in 2008, soon after joining the Thunder. The $429,500 listing has since come off the market.

However, if you’re looking to snap up some Westbrook-owned real estate, and don’t mind plunking down piles of cash, check out his other listing in Beverly Hills, CA. He recently lowered the price of the contemporary pad to $5.69 million from $6 million. He bought the luxury abode in 2015 for $4.65 million from reality TV star Scott Disick, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Still, the Long Beach, CA, native seems to want to keep a toe in the West Coast. He reportedly upgraded to a brand-new, $19.75 million, 9,000-square-foot compound in the exclusive enclave of Brentwood.

The basketball phenom is an eight-time NBA All-Star and the NBA MVP for the 2016–17 season. Also a fashion maven, he has a book out on his spectacular style.
